After-care
We want you to get the most out of your lashes as we strive for every client to have amazing retention, where at the 2 week mark you think, “Do i even need them refilled?” Please read the below so we can troubleshoot any issues should they arise.
Its normal to lose on average 3 lashes per day as part of your natural lash cycle. These lashes should 90% of the time come out WITH the natural lash. Extensions coming off on their own indicate an issue. Some extensions may come off on their own due to outside factors which wear the glue bonds down, like sleeping on your face, rubbing your lashes or crying but MOST should be WITH a natural lash so please check. I highly encourage you to contact and discuss any retention issues with your lash tech as Im sure they will want to have an opportunity to fix the issue.

No caffeine or pre work out before the appointment. It can cause your eye lids to jump nonstop and make it difficult for us to give you full coverage.
If you wear contacts please remove them before the appointment.
Do not get lashes wet for the first 24 hours this includes steam from ovens, showers ect. Some peoples lashes are more temperamental than others and benefit from not ever exposing their lashes to hot water from shower or when cleansing.
Do not use oil-based eye products, eyeliner, creams or waterproof mascara. Use only water-based makeup & makeup remover&products formulated for extensions. Avoid spraying makeup setting spray or tan over your lashes.
Remove makeup around the eye with a lint free cloth as towels and makeup wipes WILL pull out your extensions.
Do not perm, tint, or use an eyelash curler.
Be careful to avoid pulling extensions or rubbing eyes.
Wash your lashes every day with a specific lash shampoo, preferably after exercise, when taking off makeup. Make sure to get in along the lashline.
